My family and I are extremely happy with the service of Compassionate Funerals Queensland. We didn’t give them much time to arrange everything but you wouldn’t know it by the end results. I cannot thank them enough for their professional yet caring handling of my mother’s funeral. I’m grateful to them for all the small touches they helped me with to make, what a very difficult time, so much easier to handle.
Compassionate Funerals is a family owned business headed by Karen and her team(Maddie, Meg and Kylie). They are the most Compassionate, Caring, Understanding, Sincere and professional people I have the pleasure of dealing with. From the very first day we met which was difficult for myself and sister, your warmth and guidance was so comforting. Karen’s professionalism and attention to detail with the whole process of giving mum a memorable send off was above and beyond our expectations. Your presence on the day was very reassuring and comforting.

I can’t thank you enough for again taking such good care of us after losing our precious Mum just after Christmas. You were wonderful helping us with our darling Dad’s funeral earlier last year, and you did it all again for Mum. You are all so kind, understanding, helpful and thoughtful. Nothing is ever too much trouble and you go out of your way to ensure everything is perfect – true professionals but also with compassion and empathy . You make what is always a sad and difficult time so much easier to bear. Everyone said Mum’s service was beautiful and we thought so too.
