An extremely caring & thoughtfully run business. We found Clint a great communicator & a sensitive man who helped us navigate everything within short time constraints. Everything provided was beautiful & so authentic to our Mum. During the service Clint & Maree were empathic, discrete, respectful & so supportive. Great time management & organisation skills, nothing was left to chance. We could not have had a better send off for our mum & are very thankful we chose Heartfelt Funerals. Many family members commented on how well the funeral was arranged including live streaming.
Just wanted to say again how wonderful and thoughtful your company has been after the death of my beautiful Dad. Robyn is such a calming, informative and all round beautiful person.
