We are so grateful to Esther for her compassion, respect and expert guidance during the heartbreaking process of organising our wife and mother’s funeral. Esther was so gracious and considerate of our needs and heatbreak, nothing was too much trouble, every phone call and email was answered promptly, we would not have been able to get through this without her. The service was perfect and Mum looked so beautiful when we laid her to rest last Friday. Thank you wholeheartedly Esther and the Swanborough team.
The last thing you want to do when you have lost a loved one, is organise a funeral.
To have a complete stranger come into your home under those circumstances, is the furthest from anyone’s mind.
Yet we know it’s something we have to do, which service to choose. I was fortunate to choose the right one for us as a family grieving.
The compassion, empathy and guidance that
Ester and her team from Swanborough funeral service, gave us was the best we could possibly hope for.
It didn’t stop on the day on the funeral, I found
Ester to be very supportive towards helping me “with the business”, side of things (for quite sometime after), to this I am much aprechaiteachiate.
An extra special touch was receiving a Christmas card, with a tree decoration with a picture of my late husband (too which brought a tear to my eyes).
For anyone unfortunate enough to have too
organise a funeral, and like us haven’t a clue who to choose, I highly recommend Ester and her team at Swanborough Funeral services (Browns Plains), nothing seemed to be too much trouble (and
believe me at times I wasnt the best customer, due to the stress and pressure you endure at a time like this).
