   Under very challenging circumstances, McCartney Family Funeral Directors helped us with with great empathy in dealing with the death of my step-father while we were overseas. Lea-anne coordinated with my daughter (who was acting on my behalf) regarding all the necessary arrangements for an unattended cremation, holding on to his ashes until we were back in Australia and able to hold a service for my step-father. McCartney’s being in Queensland, me in Alaska and my daughter in Victoria made the situation quite complex. I had initially made inquiries prior to our trip, with one of the much bigger funeral directors, however I was unconvinced that arrangements could be sensitively managed at a reasonable price, should my step-father die whilst we were away, which unfortunately did happen. We were very glad to have prior conversations with Lea-anne McCartney. I would definitely highly recommend McCartneys.

   Would highly recommend McCarttney funeral Directors at cleveland, went above and beyond for my family. Professional nothing was too much trouble. Went to other well known funeral directors in the area that you see advertised on tv McCartney funerals were better on pricing as well. Was treated like family. Cant thank them enough
