I would like to give my rating for the wonderful service received on my sister Anne Martin s passing. At such a sad time for us we were treated with the utmost understanding and care from Melissa My nephew Mark Cheers and I were very happy with everything from our first meeting to the efficient and wonderful service at Allambie Gardens We were treated with such care and genuine concern. Nothing was too much trouble. The refreshments afterwards were delightful in good surroundings
The celebrant Em was also kind and understanding and so professional and made us feel that we could deliver our Euologies even though we were so upset. She was guiding us all the way Very impressed with your company and the quality of service for our dear mum and sister s farewell

Karen and the team at Artisan Funerals took care of my Mum’s funeral after she passed away only 13 days after being with first diagnosed with a brain tumour. Karen’s compassion and abject professionalism made the entire process seamless from start to finish during a very difficult time. Karen personally took care of every aspect of the funeral arrangements, right from the moment my Mum passed away in the intensive care unit through to the catering at the wake (which was homemade, utterly delicious and very reasonably priced). The total bill was very fair, and certainly less than what any large corporate funeral director would have charged, coupled with service far more personal than what a corporate would be able to offer. I cannot recommend Artisan Funerals highly enough!
